Heather
Angel is a British-based wildlife photographer who in addition to managing
her own stock library - Natural Visions - has written 47 books, and writes
regularly for the worldwide photographic press. Through her lectures, workshops,
and writing Heather has always been an enthusiastic tutor of wildlife and
nature photography. Her work has been recognised by worldwide honours and awards, including the Hood Medal from the Royal Photographic Society (1975) and Nottingham University appointed her a Special Professor in 1994. The BioCommunications Association (USA) elected her their Louis Schmidt Laureate (their highest award) for 1998. She was President of the Royal Photographic Society from 1984-1986.
